ICFF, presented by Lavazza and supported by the Italian Embassy, Consulates, and the Italian Cultural Institutes, is thrilled to celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2021 and present an enhanced three-week program with exceptional drive-in screenings, a nation-wide online program and special events for everyone to enjoy! The festival introduces new never-before-seen open-air cinemas, recreating the classic and beloved cinema atmosphere outdoor, in a distanced, glamorous, and safe fashion. The ICFF remains true to its mandate of celebrating Italian culture and supporting Italian-Canadian artists, initiatives and more by connecting Canada with Italy during a period of global disconnect. In a year where travel is not possible, let ICFF take you on a journey through Italy this summer!
The tenth edition of the ICFF will be filled with Special Events celebrating the different facets of Italian culture. ICFF Moda takes a deep dive into the Italian contemporary fashion and make-up industry, for which Italy is the worldwide leader.

ICFF Architettura and Design, presented by Great Gulf and in partnership with Cecconi Simone, takes the audience on a journey across the ocean to Venice, the city with some of the most renowned architecture and art, which inspired our open-air venue, the Acqua Cinema, with Major Sponsor, NY Docks. ICFF Champions honours Italian contributions to sports and focuses on cycling, one of Italy’s most famous and beloved activities. ICFF Letteratura celebrates the 700-year anniversary of the death of the medieval poet and philosopher, Dante Alighieri, known as the Father of the Italian language, who has influenced worldwide literature and cinema.
The ICFF celebrates its history by bringing back the most beloved films from the past editions, winners of the People’s Choice Award, who have gone on to entrance audiences worldwide and that, thanks to the festival, received an incredible Canadian distribution. The collective sharing of the cinema experience is a pivotal aspect that has been missing in the past months, and ICFF aims to bring this back through its captivating and, most importantly, its in-person screenings!
