Communications Intern As the ICFF’s Communications Assistant and Public Relations Assistant, the successful candidates will build and maintain relationships with media, publicists, producers, bloggers, influences, partners and major sponsors. Aiding in the creation and reporting on consumer research using internal data to uncover trends, providing recommendations in communication and social media. Should demonstrate the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing and communications plans on multiple platforms utilizing excellent written and oral communication skills. 1 position available
Event Planner Assistant Work closely with senior event management to communicate and handle incoming and outgoing information pertaining to ICFF events. Review and summarize miscellaneous reports about past events and prepare background documents and outgoing communication as necessary. Develop and manage detailed program budgets, control documents and track information for the festival. 4 positions available
Graphic Design Intern The ideal candidate must have a strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign to create images for print, web and multimedia. We require the skillset to work independently on projects with minimal supervision, be attentive of timelines and a team player. You will be working on a variety of projects including advertisements, website graphics, print material and multimedia designs. 2 positions available
Sponsorship Assistant In this role, the main responsibility will be to assist the Sponsorship Coordinator with various tasks relating to the ICFF’s sponsorship department. You will be aiding in the management of over 100 individual sponsor and partner portfolios, each with their own contracts, invoices, payments, graphics, and individual requirements. The successful candidate must pay close attention to detail, have superb communication skills, have a strong interest in cinema and must be able to work both independently as well as be team work oriented. 1 position available
Technical Assistant – Videographer We are looking for a filmmaker and technical assistant to help in the facilitation of festival screenings, post-production, distribution of video content and the conversion of movie formats. Proficiency with Adobe Premiere and After Effects (asset) and experience editing event and interview footage and converting video formats (ProRes, Avi, MP4). 2 positions available
Web Design Intern This internship requires experience with WordPress, have a good command of web development languages like HTML, CSS and the ability to follow instructions while being well organized. You should able to work on multiple projects within a deadline- driven environments and be familiar with debugging tools. 1 position available
