We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. You will be charged 50% of the total number of students and chaperones initially provided which will be non-refundable.
We offer a holding period of 1 week (7 days), if needed, from the date the booking was made should you need to collect more exact numbers. 1 week from when the booking was made, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your booking.
You will be contacted and informed that your booking was received. After the 1-week mark, you will be contacted again to provide the credit card payment.
The remaining fee will be taken on the day of your screening or can be made prior by cheque, Credit Card (3% fee), or PayPal.
By March 21st we require your final confirmed numbers of your group.
Student Fee: $10 (HST Included) / Adult Fee: $14 (HST Included) – with every 20 students, 1 adult is free
If numbers should alter from the original booking, we will refund up to a maximum of 5 students.
Cancellations due to weather will result in a rescheduled screening or you will be refunded.
March 14th is the cut-off date to cancel your trip. Cancelling after March 20th will result in NO refund.
Please arrive 30 minutes before your screening time (at 10:00 AM) so you can be seated accordingly.
Please have a teacher sign-in at the ICFF registration table. Please do not go to the Cineplex Ticket Counter.
No, concessionary is only available by pre-order ONLY. The teacher is be responsible for collecting the money from each student and providing ICFF with a cash sum on the day of the screening in exchange for coupons for each student to redeem at the counter.

Yes, although seating arrangements will be on a first-come-first-served basis and we cannot seat you until your entire party is in attendance.
