PLOT : When their eldest daughter, Camilla, decides to move to Puglia with her boyfriend Antonio to attend university, Carlo and Giulia Rovelli, along with their younger children, Bianca and Tito, follow her to Antonio’s family estate, the Paradisos. Carlo, however, isn’t ready to let go of his firstborn—especially not to a boy he doesn’t trust. As the Rovellis settle into the Paradisos, Carlo is determined to make his presence anything but welcome. Amid thefts, lies, romantic elopements, and a web of misunderstandings, both families are forced to navigate their differences, learning that, for the sake of their children, they must find a way to coexist.
Alessandro Genovesi. is an acclaimed Italian film director, screenwriter, and actor celebrated for his unique blend of comedy and emotional depth. Born in 1979, Genovesi began his career in the early 2000s, earning widespread recognition with his debut film “La peggior settimana della mia vita,” a comedic exploration of family chaos and mishaps. Some of his most well-known
works include the 2021 comedy mystery 7 Donne e un Mistero, a remake of the French film 8 Women, and The Tearsmith (2024). Genovesi’s latest project, 10 Giorni con i Suoi (2025), continues his tradition of mixing humour with poignant reflections on relationships and personal growth.
