PLOT : L'huile de moteur et l'essence ont toujours coulé dans les veines de la famille De Martino. Ils préparent des voitures de course et élèvent des pilotes depuis des générations. Mario, le chef de famille, devra céder la place à sa jeune fille Giulia, un talent exceptionnel, qui est flanquée de son frère Loris, un ancien pilote de 40 ans totalement peu fiable, mais il est doté d'une connaissance extraordinaire des trajectoires et de la préparation des moteurs. Tous les deux seront obligés de se remettre sur les rails et de gagner, en fuyant leurs démons et en apprenant ce que signifie et à quel point il est difficile d'être une famille.

Matteo Rovere. né en 1982, a fait ses débuts de réalisateur de longs métrages à un très jeune âge, après avoir réalisé plusieurs courts métrages, dont le très primé Homo Homini Lupus avec Filippo Timi. Il a produit plusieurs films pour Ascent Film, dont Smetto quando voglio, The Pills - Sempre meglio che lavorare, La foresta di ghiaccio, ainsi que de nombreux courts métrages et documentaires, dont Ritratto di mio padre de Maria Sole Tognazzi.

PLOT : The De Martino Family has petrol flowing through their veins; building racing cars, raising drivers and entering races has gone on for generations. When Mario, the patriarch of the De Martino family, is forced to give way to his youngest daughter Giulia, an exceptionally talented driver, their entire way of life is challenged. With conflicts rising between his brother Loris, an unreliable young driver, the De Martino family must heal from their traumas and come together as a cohesive team, ready to win.

Matteo Rovere. was born in Rome in 1982 and has had an illustrious career for someone so young. His first ever film Homo Homini Lupus won him the Nastro d'Argento for Best Short Film, in 2007. His 2014 production I Can Quit Whenever I Want earned 5 million euros at the box office, achieved 12 nominations for the David di Donatello and 5 Nastro d’Argento nominations. He won the Nastro d’Argento award for Best Producer. Several of his other films have been nominated for David di Donatello and Nastro d’Argento awards.
