PLOT : Yasuo grew up an orphan so he knows the importance of a loving family and wants to provide his son, Akira, with the best life possible. Happily married to the love of his life, working a steady job and raising a son are Yasuo’s greatest accomplishments. However, when a tragic accident changes everything and leaves Yasuo with a devastated son and a life turned upside down he must rise to the occasion and provide a stable life for Akira, as he always promised he would.

Takahisa Zeze. is a Japanese film director and screenwriter who began his career by making experimental films in the late 1980s. Famous for writing his own scripts, Zeze has been quoted as saying “I try to show relationships, I make films about love...what are the feelings of the people...it's this development that interests me.” While the subject matter of his films is often quite serious, Zeze is renowned for creating stories that capture audience's attention. Several of his films including The Chrysanthemum and the Guillotine and The 8-Year Engagement have won awards at film festivals around the world.
