PLOT : To prevent her husband, the notorious crime boss Don Vincenzo, from being killed, Donna
Maria orchestrates a plan. She sends her men to kill a man who resembles him and stages a fake
funeral while the real Don Vincenzo hides away in secret. However, a nurse spots him alive in
the hospital, despite reports of his death in the news. To silence this witness, Don Vincenzo
orders his most skilled bodyguards, Ciro and Rosario, to track down and kill the nurse. Ciro finds
her but is shocked to discover that the nurse is Fatima, the only woman he ever loved.
Determined to protect her, Ciro hides Fatima with his uncle Mimmo, which leads to a violent
confrontation with his entire clan, including his best friend, Rosario.
