PLOT : In a desperate bid to boost his plummeting approval ratings, the U.S. President is convinced to spark a cold war—hey, what about Canada, eh?! The government rolls out a propaganda campaign, painting the peaceful northern neighbour as a looming threat. Taking the message a bit too seriously, an overenthusiastic Niagara Falls sheriff, Bud Boomer, leads a misguided charge to expose the so-called northern threat. As paranoia spreads, chaos ensues with absurd cross-border stunts, including sabotage missions, anti-Canada rallies, and even an invasion plan. The situation continues to spiral as the sheriff and his ragtag group of patriots plunge deeper into their delusions.
