
Kelly Fyffe-Marshall
Kelly Fyffe-Marshall is a British director, screenwriter and social activist. Fyffe-Marshall, of Jamaican and Bajan heritage, revolves her work around showcasing Black culture, people, and communities. Her first film Haven (2017) won best short film at The People’s Film Festival. Later, she directed Marathon (2020) and Black Bodies (2020), a two-part short film reflecting on her own experience with racism. Fyffe-Marshall was presented with The Changemaker Award at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2020 and in the same year won the Jay Scott Prize voted by the Toronto Film Critics Association. Fyffe-Marshall is currently working on production of her debut film When Morning Comes
