Ghazaleh Rastgar

Ghazaleh Rastgar, an award-winning artist from Iran, now in Canada, combines nature, the human body, and Iranian womanhood in her vibrant works. With a Bachelor's from OCADU, she reignited her artistic passion after a corporate stint. Ghazaleh's illustrations, paintings, murals, and animations explore love, sensuality, and identity, provoking profound reflection. Her art, exhibited worldwide, gained global acclaim, including CBC's Exhibitionists showcasing her animated GIFs. She also redesigned the CBC Arts logo in October 2021, further highlighting her talent and recognition.
