Savine Wong
Biography:
Savine Wong is the Regional Lead, National Promotion for the Ontario and Atlantic Region at Telefilm Canada, a federal cultural agency dedicated to the development and promotion of the Canadian audiovisual industry. Based in Toronto, she is responsible for providing financial support to different types of promotional activities held in Canada that showcase Canadian content and talent, including film festivals. Prior to working at Telefilm, she worked in multiple capacities in the Canadian and Asian film and television industry, including holding executive roles at film festivals, film/TV financing and consulting services to filmmakers on festival and financing strategy.
