PLOT : Felipe, an aging Italian revolutionary living in Havana, spends his final days reflecting on a Cuba that has drifted far from the ideals he once fought for, while his son Pepe dreams of escaping to Canada in search of comfort and distance from his father’s world. As Felipe’s health declines, he forms a close bond with his doctor Jimmi, who secretly lives as drag performer Estrellita. After Felipe’s death, Pepe is shocked to learn Jimmi has been left co-owner of the family estate in Baracoa and entrusted with his ashes. Forced to travel across Cuba together, they embark on a tense yet transformative journey toward understanding, reconciliation, and an unexpected connection.
