ICFF does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with event sponsors, service providers acting on our behalf, and as required by law. All third-party providers are prohibited from using your data beyond the services they perform.
Security
We use physical, electronic, and procedural security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information in our custody. Industry-standard encryption is used when transferring consumer data on our websites.
Ticket & Package Policy
- All sales are final — no refunds or exchanges
- Seating guaranteed until 15 minutes before screening
- Latecomers admitted at staff discretion, subject to availability
- Package holders must redeem tickets in advance at ci.ovationtix.com
- Up to 2 tickets redeemable per film per package
- Packages valid June 27 – July 20, 2026 only

- On-site Box Office: debit and credit only, no cash
- Rush Line available 10 minutes before screening
