Focusing on Contemporary Figurative Op Art, Alex Grant is a painter that uses aunique style of combining graphic qualities with traditional methods. After a heart attack in 2012, Grant decided to pursue art full-time with a focus on the battle between the inner and outer self. Grant has worked with numerous institutions like the Museum of Art and History and has had her work featured online in Vice, The Huffington Post, and Buzznet. In 2020 she won the National Magazine Awards for Best Illustration.
