PLOT : Roberto Peroni was an extreme athlete and adventurer from Italy who holds the world record for crossing the Greenland ice sheet on foot. What Peroni wasn’t expecting was to fall so deeply in love with Greenland that he not only decided to stay, but he dedicated his time to saving the local population by opening the Red House. The Ivistribe has all but lost their way of life which has led many down paths of alcoholism and suicide. In desolate Tasiilaq, Peroni’sRed House works with the locals to revive their traditions and way of life that has been practised for hundreds of years while opening its doors to sustainable tourism. In a beautiful and unforgiving landscape, the small town of 3000 people faces the biggest challenge in its history: the future.
