PLOT : Emigrants choose to leave their “bitter homeland” and find themselves in Quebec, a province that has always been open to accepting people from other countries. Men and women of courage and resilience, available to let themselves be invaded by a "nomadic spirit". The film features exciting portraits of first- and second-generation Italian immigrants in Quebec. Champions of resilience, whose stories can give rise to useful reflections on the current theme of migration in the world. Also, in light of the fact that, since 2006, the number of Italian emigrants in the world is constantly growing again.
