Campers will engage in hands-on exploration of the filmmaking process in both the morning and afternoon, including pre-production, production and post production. In addition to their creative endeavors, campers will enjoy the outdoor pedestrian area of the Distillery District, providing a unique and inspiring backdrop for their filmmaking adventures. They will also have the opportunity to work in studios, enhancing their filmmaking skills in a dynamic environment.
JULY 7-11, 2025 | “LEGO Stop Motion Summer Camp”
Ages: 9 – 14 years old | Fee: $425 (5 days / from 9am to 4pm)
This camp empowers campers to build essential digital literacy skills as they dive into the world of stop-motion animation. Working in small teams, participants will use LEGO mini-figures to design stories, construct sets, and animate scenes. They’ll explore the full animation process, adding sound effects, special effects, voice-overs, music, and titles to create their unique LEGO stop-motion short film.
At the end of camp, participants will proudly present their stop-motion movie to parents, showcasing all their hard work and creativity!

Participants will have the opportunity to use our latest technology, including Macbooks, 4K cameras, tripods, boom microphones and green screens. At the end of camp, participants will proudly present their short movie to parents, showcasing all their hard work and creativity!

No, we will provide all equipment, including macbooks, cameras, tripods, boom microphones and green screen.
Young filmmakers will be using IMovie, Final Cut Pro, Canva and Arc.
Yes, all of our staff are University / College or recent graduates of a FIlm / Television program. In addition to having a background in Cinematic Arts, they also participate in our training sessions that include; youth centric behaviour management techniques,inclusivity and diversity and neuro divergent thinking.
We offer two lunch options for your camper’s convenience. You may choose to send a packed lunch from home each day or opt for a delicious meal prep from a restaurant/shop in the Distillery District. Each lunch option is available for an additional $20 per day. Please note that while we strive to provide diverse and tasty options, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate specific allergies.
There will be an end of the week Red Carpet / Popcorn film festival for family and friends to watch the completed movies on the big screen. Additionally, participants will be provided with a code card to view their films at home.
